You do not need a new account to use the app. You can log in with your existing site account. For installation details, see the nagad 9 APK download and install guide.
nagad 9's app takes security seriously as well. Accounts are protected using SSL encryption and two-step verification (OTP).

App vs phone browser — what is the difference?
The nagad 9 website works well on a mobile browser. However, using the app gives you some extra benefits — faster page loading, easier navigation and the ability to receive push notifications for live matches or new offers instantly.
The key point is that the same account and balance work across both the app and the browser version. There is no need to register separately anywhere. Any bet placed or balance held on one device is immediately visible on the other.
If you prefer playing on a browser, that works perfectly fine too. The full nagad 9 platform is built to give the same experience on any medium.
Login on your phone and account security
Many people are not careful about keeping their account secure on mobile. Following a few simple steps while using the nagad 9 App keeps your account fully safe. Full details of the login process are on the nagad 9 Login page.
-
Keep your screen lock on
Always keep a PIN, pattern or fingerprint lock active on your phone. Even if your phone is lost, no one else will be able to access your account. -
Use OTP verification
With OTP verification enabled at login, no one can get in without the code sent to your number. This is an effective extra layer of protection. -
Never share your password
Do not share your password with any friend, acquaintance or third party. No nagad 9 representative will ever ask for your password. -
Avoid public Wi-Fi
It is better not to log in using free Wi-Fi at cafes or bus stands. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network. -
Change your password regularly
Rather than using the same password for a long time, change it from time to time. Choose a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
Quick Contact
If you notice any suspicious login or account issue, contact nagad 9's 24/7 live chat directly. Support is available in Bengali.

Some tips for getting the most out of the app
A few small habits can make the app experience much better.
Stable connection
A fast and stable internet connection is important when playing live betting or live casino. Games may disconnect on a weak network.
Keep it updated
When a new version of the app is available, update through the official channel. Updates include security fixes and new features.
Make sure it is charged
Charge your phone before a long session. If the battery runs low and the phone shuts off on its own, it can cause problems with active bets.
Clear the cache
If the app is running slowly, clear the cache occasionally. Clearing the app's storage from your phone's settings usually reduces the problem.
Get started on the nagad 9 App — bonus and payment options
On your first deposit, you will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳20,000 (wagering: 20x the bonus amount). Example: deposit ৳1,000 and ৳1,500 bonus is added, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — and you will need to wager ৳30,000 to withdraw the bonus.
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer are accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ৳100 and withdrawals are usually processed within 5–30 minutes.
Log in to nagad 9VIP Program and Cashback — same benefits in the app
nagad 9 has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. This cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
VIP points and cashback earned from betting and playing games on the mobile app are the same as those earned on the site. To see the full details of VIP benefits, visit the nagad 9 VIP program page.
